If you have any questions, ask us!
Do not doubt that we will always take into account your special requests, such as parking, bed type or floor number, but remember that they are completely available and can not be reserved.
For the reservation to be considered, you must pay one night or provide a valid credit / debit card number as a guarantee.
The reservation will not be firm until you receive our confirmation.

Our Politic
PREPAID:
You must make a deposit in advance by bank transfer or debit / credit card to guarantee your reservation. After booking, the accommodation will contact the guest to provide instructions on how to make the payment.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made by transfer, card or cash, either in advance or on the day of entry.
Check In: 4p.m. and Check Out: 12a.m.
* If you plan to stay longer than stipulated, you must inform the hotel in advance and consult the possible extra supplement.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Non-refundable reservations (usually with a discount or special rate): If your reservation is non-refundable, as the name suggests, the money will not be refunded even if the reservation is canceled or do not appear.
Any other type of reservation will mean that you have either 48 hours (low season) or 7 days (high season) to cancel for free. After these respective deadlines, if you cancel the reservation or do not appear, the first night will be charged as a penalty.
CHILDREN'S POLICY AND SUPPLEMENTS:
* Children under 4 years old sharing a bed with their parents stay FOR FREE.
Children over 4 years of age (whether or not they sleep with their parents) or adults (whether or not they need an extra bed) must pay a supplement of 15€.
* No more than 4 people can stay in a room.
- Breakfasts not included in the rate will be a supplement of 7€ per person per night.
- The half pensions not included in the rate will be a supplement of 18€ per person per night.
- Full pensions not included in the rate will be a supplement of 30€ per person per night.
Cots will be a supplement of 8€/night.
The canines will be a supplement of 12€/dog/night.
The safe in the room will be a supplement of 3€/night.
